Committee Objectives
The Executive Compliance Committee is charged with the following responsibilities and goals:
- Annual review of high-risk list
- Review and approval of high-risk area monitoring plans
- Provide guidance and feedback regarding compliance program implementation items
- Provide compliance program oversight by reviewing monitoring plan action items, peer review results, training and self-assessment completion rates, and summary of compliance related issues and resolutions
- Review any audit recommendations for high-risk areas
